
Disaster in DC, Storm blown out by score of 100-70
The Seattle Storm were shut down by 30 points against the Washington Mystics by a score of 100-70. Crystal langhorne did her best by scoring 15 points, however, the 3-point shooting was abysmal as the Storm only converted 4 of 21 three pointers on the evening.
Washington however, made five 3-pointers in the 1st quarter alone as they ran off to an insurmountable lad of 29-12, buoyed by a 9-0 run.
The Mystic’s Elena Delle Donne scored 25 points, Kristi Toliver made three of Washington’s ten 3-pointers. Donne also went 7-10 from the field and drained 9 straight free throws to end the Storm’s hopes this evening.
